Matilda Tlolková
Born and raised in Prague.
After graduation from film studies I started to work in the industry as a set designer, but soon realized that costume design is what I am attracted to the most.
I’ve been working for many years with short films productions such as Stink films and WeAre productions.
After working as an assistant with designer duo LAFORMELA on Essentials collections 2020 and F/W 2022, I attended internship at fashion university ESMOD in Paris.
When I came back to Prague I had the opportunity to do costume design for TV series ,,Five years’’ which was nominated for many Czech and international awards.
In 2022 and 2023 I had designed costumes for Vzlet and Divadlo X10, I have also worked in costume department under Sirena films, where I assisted to costume designers Joanna Eatwell and Manon Rasmussen, while they were working with directors James Hawes and Thomas Vinterberg.
Currently I’m working with several theaters such as Divadlo X10, A studio Rubín and Divadlo DISK.
